You can replace the Chili Powder with BBQ Seasoning for a different flavor.
This chili is not a traditional chili like you eat as a meal; its meant to be a topping for hot dogs and hamburgers.
This is a very flexible recipe, you can make as much (or as little) as you want based on the number of people; just increase or decrease the number of carrots and adjust the olive oil, honey, and salt & pepper to match.
These can be prepared in advance and frozen (baked or unbaked).
