Smoked Chili con Queso

The Method

Step 1
Preheat smoker/grill to 350° F.

Step 2
Brown the sausage and remove from heat, draining the grease if necessary.

Step 3
Add all the ingredients in a large dutch oven, try to mix them together if you can but its not critical and will be easier as the mixture cooks.

Step 4
Place the Dutch Oven (with the lid off) over direct heat for 45 minutes.
