Story

You can mix up the rub, the sausage, and the version of RO-TEL used to change the flavor and spice level. 16

Ingredients

  • 1 lb, pork sausage
  • 1 (2 lb) block of V elveeta cheese, cut into 5-6 large pieces
  • 1 lb smoked Gouda cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Can (10 oz) RO-TEL Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1 Can (10 oz) RO-TEL Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1 Can (10 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 tbsp BBQ rub
  • Tortilla Chips

  • Large Dutch Oven

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker/grill to 350° F.
  2. Brown the sausage and remove from heat, draining the grease if necessary.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a large dutch oven, try to mix them together if you can but its not critical and will be easier as the mixture cooks.
  4. Place the Dutch Oven (with the lid off) over direct heat for 45 minutes.
