Grilled Corn on the Cob

The Method

Step 1
Preheat grill to 450° F and setup for indirect cooking.

Step 2
Shuck and clean the ears of corn and cut the butter into 1 tbsp cubes.

Step 3
Place each ear on a sheet of aluminum foil

Add salt, pepper, parmesan (or any other seasoning you like on corn), and a cube of butter.

Step 5
Wrap the corn in the foil, folding off the ends and making a sealed package.

Step 6
Add the corn to the grill and cook for 30 minutes.
