The Method

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 375° F and line baking pan with Aluminum Foil (lightly coat with cooking spray).

Place Carrots on a pan in a single layer.

Drizzle Olive Oil on Carrots.

Dirzzle Honey on Carrots.

Add Salt and Pepper.

Step 6

Roast in oven for 25 to 40 minutes; timing will vary based on size and amount. Check at 25 minutes and then again perioidically until they are ready.
