Smoked Meatloaf

The Method

Step 1
Prep grill to cook at 325° F and set for indirect cooking.

Step 2
Combine all ingredients (other than BBQ Sauce) in a large mixing bowl and shape into a loaf.

Step 3
Place on a well greased cooling rack.

Step 4
Cook to 165° F internal temperature. When Meatloaf is approximately 150° F evenly coat the Meatloaf with the BBQ Sauce.

Step 5
Slice and Serve immediately. The bits that get caught between and below the cooling rack are exceptionally delicious (we call them Meatloaf Burnt Ends).
