Ingredients
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Crushed Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F, lightly grease (e.g., spray with Pam) one medium, disposable loaf pan.
- Cream the oil and sugar.
- Add the mashed bananas.
- Beat the eggs and add to the creamed banana mixture.
- Mix in the other ingredients.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
